Manufacturing and installation of a 10-tonne stainless steel hot water tank

We manufactured a 150 m³ atmospheric hot water tank from 1.4301 stainless steel, then delivered and commissioned it in Kisvárda. The tank has a vertical cylindrical design with a flat bottom and conical roof, and is equipped with an insulation support ring. However, it does not fall under the scope of the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED).

Design and manufacture of solid-state fermenter

We designed and manufactured a custom solid-state fermenter for our customer, a manufacturer of fermentation products.

Complete refurbishment of an 850-liter filter dryer

For our pharmaceutical raw material manufacturing customer, we refurbished an 850-liter Schenk Hastelloy filter dryer, including the full control system. The equipment can now be used safely and reliably even in ATEX areas.
